Does not puncture k-cups

i've tried many times over the years of using this to puncture k-cups. but really i got it purely to use as a ground coffee maker. I put my own grounds into the filter basket and brew just fine. 2 Stars though because the k-cups do not puncture.

Only Works with some k-cups and too small of cup

Works ok with grounds,have to brew a 2nd time to get aa decent size cup. K-cups are hit or miss as some brands the puncture does not go through to the coffee and you only get a cup of hot water.

Terrible coffee maker

Small cup

I returned this coffee maker because my cup would not fit in the cup holder and it is not an unusually large size. If I knew that it is for 8 or 10 oz cup size, I would not have ordered. I want to brew one large cup.

Faulty product

This product does not work and is faulty i am returning it. Also it should not take so.long to pick uo a product from the store. Messy .
