Controller stopped working after 9 glorious months

This chair was delivered on Dec 3, 2020. For 9 months I have had total comfort in this chair. Today, August 26, 2021, the controller stopped working. Had I been in a reclined position when it stopped, it would have been very tragic when natural bodily functions create the urgent need to get up. As it is, I am unable to elevate my feet causing a worsening of my edema.
