I bought these for my granddaughter. She has a brace on her foot and leg and these were the only shoes the brace fit comfortably. I would definitely recommend.

the strap that goes across yhe top of the to a velcro piece is not long enough, I got size 8 wide, I wear an AFO ON MY LEFT FOOT WHICH ALSO TENDS TO SWELL, I have bought other velcro closure shoes same size and they worked. I love theses shoes, I will try 8ww and see if those work, unfortunatley these come direct from vender. I can return to my local MACYS BUT THEY DONT KEEP THESE IN STOCK. SAD FACE

I suffer with a right foot drop and need to wear a brace inside my shoe These shoes in the Xtra wide are so comfortable. I love the color accents too.

They were nice, but they did not fit well. The velcro piece on top felt tight and very high.
