Pulled these out of the box, felt them, and they went right back in the box to be returned. They had no support, and would be flat as a pancake after one night’s sleep. With cervical spine issues, I need just the right pillow. Found them, by this manufacturer, from Macy’s a year ago in January, and now that particular pillow is no longer available anywhere. These were nothing in comparison. Do not buy if you need a supportive pillow. Do not recommend. Did not feel any gel in it either. I gave them 1 star because you can’t leave a review without rating. I truly give them zero stars.

Each pillow is generously filled with pressure-relieving memory foam clusters that may need to be regularly fluffed to redistribute the clusters evenly. The memory foam clusters should allow you to adjust the comfort of the pillow by bunching the clusters where you need more support. If you find that you are still not happy with your purchase, please reach out to Macy's customer service for assistance with returning the pillow.
OK, not great
It's OK, nothing special. It is a bit hard right now , however, after using it a few hours it starts to flatten. It's just OK, and a good buy when it is on sale!
Good pillow
This pillow is breathable and lightweight, while still providing support to my head and neck. It made for a comfortable nights sleep. I did not notice any cooling or feel any of the gel.

perfect balance
I finally discovered the pillow that is just ideal for me. This pillow has the perfect balance between fluffiness and support. Since my first night of sleeping with this pillow, I've been shocked by how different it is from all of the other pillows I've owned. I wake up feeling more relaxed and refreshed, and I get more sleep. This pillow is comfortable and supportive, and it molds to my head and neck whether I sleep on my back or my side. The pillow remains cool throughout the entire night. I now wake up each day rested and full of energy.

A Good Night's Sleep! zzzz
This is a very good pillow! I put a queen sized satin pillow case over it as soon as it arrived. It's very sturdy. It conforms to your head, neck, and body and snaps back well as if it was never used. It gives very good neck and head support. I got a good night's sleep for the first time in years. I highly recommend this pillow!

Amazing
Straight up, no joke, best night of sleep I’ve had in a while, especially since I woke up with at least 75% less neck/upper back pain after just one night. This pillow is truly remarkable and I love it. I’ll be getting one for my husband asap.
