Firm and supportive but still comfy

I am over 40 and needed a firmer pillow. This helps, although I do find myself using it off and on. It is plenty comfy, and I find it helps to really wedge it into the right spot. I started using the smaller side but switched to the bigger side after a couple days. I keep a silk pillow case over it.

Don’t count on a warranty

The pillow is quite comfortable, but don’t fall for the promise of a warranty. The pillow comes with a printed insert that says “2year warranty” but not even the name of the company. Very disappointing!

You can’t wash it?!

This was my first memory foam pillow purchase. It came with no care instructions, so I started searching the internet. Most of the things that I read stated that you cannot wash memory foam. As soon as I read these articles, I returned the pillow. I want a pillow that I can put in a washing machine and clean. You can only wipe this pillow. I returned it.
