I like the pillow, it’s worth it
Very hard
I found this pilllow to be very hard. I couldn't get comfortable, but for someone who likes a firm pillow this might be great.

Too soft not worth the price
very comfortable and supportive for my neck
At first when I touch it I was thinking "is too soft" but once I tried it: I love it! It have support without being too firm, so it does not push my head forward. So don't be fool by the softness, give it a try. And to Macy's: please don't change or discontinued the pillow, it is a good one.

I would give this 5 stars except the cover of the fabric is so slippery that in the morning my pillowcases have almost entirely fallen off. That being said the firmness of the pillow is excellent. They're great as long as you don't mind putting your pillows back into the pillowcases every morning.

Purchased this for my son after surgery, he had elevated temperature, this helped tremendously for sleeping.. I would definitely recommend this pillow.

Love this pillow! I have scoliosis so I need a pillow that will support my neck properly. Otherwise I’ll get migraines and soreness in my neck and traps. This pillow offers two levels of height, depending on your comfort and the size of your body. I’m a smaller person so I lay with the smaller side and I love this pillow. I can’t believe it’s the first one I saw that looked like it had potential, and I got it home and prayed that it was as good as it looked, and it really is. I am very happy I bought it and I got it on sale for a very good price. So, I thank Macy’s!! I love Macy’s, and I love this pillow!!!
