Got this Low-Profile ProSleep pillow to add some height to the ProSleep contoured pillow when my allergies were active, so sleep could happen. Otherwise this low profile is not needed for a side sleeper. Might be useful for a back sleeper.

Goldilocks perfect - not too soft & not too hard. Very comfortable and sleep comfortably sound; I have 2 other brands: one is slightly softer than this but does lack some support; and the other brand is slightly more firm and not as comfortable. Hence the term Goldilocks perfect. I'm enjoying using this ProSleep Cool brand for perfect sleep.
