doesn’t work

Someone says it works on black people hair, no it doesn’t. I kept wondering what I’m doing wrong but I wasn’t doing anything wrong, it just doesn’t work. Heats up quite fine but that’s it. My hair was poufy and frizzy after I was done. Returning.

Would not purchase again - Returned

Did not work at all! It heated up quickly. And that’s about it. It did not straighten hair as these are advertised. Hair was partially frizzy and I still had curl left over after straightening numerous times. You cannot flip your ends up or under. Nope. Definitely not buying a straightener like this again.

Turns off too easily

Buttons are not in a good place constantly turning off when holding and using.
