Not what was expected

The package arrived later than expected. This tree was purchased because of the sparse style branches. However, The foliage of the tree is plastic, not real looking. We opted to not assemble it, simply return. It wasn't what we were looking for in a small sparse tree.

Did not receive tree!

Did not receive. Text said 11/21, then 11/28 and not 12/8. I don’t think it’s coming. Gave up!

Poor shipping process, Macy's and tree company

Never received. I ordered November 13.I was told it would arrive by November 24. One notice stated delivered another stated label created. Macy's reported they would expedite and item might arrive by December 30. Macy's still has it for sale and available for shipment within 3 business days. It is not available, yet.

Don't Even Consider This Tree!!

I was looking for a smaller tree and read two excellent reviews so I didn't hesitate to purchase. I wish I had seen the third review, as that person is being completely truthful!! This is an awful tree! The top section isn't stable and it keeps wobbling. There were missing branches, all plastic and absolutely horrible. If it wasn't so late, I would return, but going to take this as a loss. That said, I did contact customer service at Puelo and they were very apologetic and offered to replace the top. Not worth the trouble now, but definitely going to another company next year!

NOT AS PICTURED, TO SAY THE LEAST

Huge disappointment. My photos will not load for some reason, but the top branches will not smooth down and there is a 10-inch or more gap where no foliage shows. Awful. Returning for full refund.

Gorgeous!!!!

This tree is so beautiful!!! LOVE!!! The branches and lights are so gorgeous! Do not hesitate buying this tree. You will love it. It looks real!
