Very poor shipping. Never Received.

How are you asking me to rate a product you haven’t even shipped to me? I am frustrated and going to try and cancel this order tomorrow. Last Christmas same thing happened. I ordered luggage for a gift for my daughter and it never shipped. Macy's online is horrible.
