Lights on bottom won’t work

So disappointed after waiting weeks for it to come it it won’t fully light up. Just the top section works. Tried replacing both fuses and checked all the lights. It still won’t fully light up.

In fluffy the branches when it first arrived 3 Branches came off in my hands. We purchased the tree from Maceys feeling it would have good quality and It Does Not !! Very Disappointed!

Adorable!

This is a great tree! It's not quite as full as the photo shows but it's very attractive. I was a little concerned about the quality after reading the reviews but I am pleased with the quality and I would recommend it. Also, there are a lot of lights and they are bright and well-placed.
