Christmas Tree

I am giving a poor review due to the fact I still have not received this tree. A key fact Macy’s does not make you aware of is this product is sent from a second/ third party vendor. The delivery date is a gamble . When I called Macy’s to inquire on estimated delivery customer service was no help at all . ( customer service is outside the United States and when you request to speak to a supervisor the wait is unreal. Any follow up question I asked from customer service was answered with the same response “I am sorry can not help with that” They will not return phone calls. This made me aware of Macy’s customer being outsourced . I no longer see a value or customer focused reputation in the Macy’s name .

Lovely Christmas Decor

The compact size was perfect for the small space in the house. It lwas easy to set up and looked sparse at first but once the branches were fluffed out, it was very full and lush. One of the reasons I purchased this brand (besides the great price) was the warranty so I was pleased when it was very easy to register online and it's nice to know that if it doesn't light next year I'm not stuck.

Never again

Not sure about the quality of this item as it never came despite tracking claiming shipped & a delivery date had to request refund. Will never order anything this important from Macy’s in future. So disappointing!

Where is my tree? It was supposed to arrive on 11-24-23, but I haven’t received it yet.

Doesn’t really look at all what is pictured. Not nearly as full. Huge gaps between branches.
