Customer service issues with Macy's

I placed this order in November. It was supposed to arrive 12/01/23 and it has not shown up yet. I can't cancel it because a label was printed but UPS never picked it up from warehouse so it still says "on the way". I cannot get ahold of a human at Macy's and will have to spend hours trying to get to someone next week to make sure I am not charged for this. If you could chat with a human or had a phone number to talk to a human it would have been solved December 2nd when it didn't show up..

Disappointing

Cheap, flimsy tree, there are noticeably more branches on one side, and a number of them broke after the first year. The stand is a joke. The lights work, but not very bight.

Beautiful tree. Looks even better in person. Super easy to put together. Looks natural as well.
