Didn't receive. No notice of failure to ship

Didn't recieve item at all and received no notice of the cancellation of my order until I pointed out that the item had not shipped. Seller then claimed that there was a listing error. This appears to be fraud and the original price needs to be honored or your company is in violation of the Virginia consumer protection act.
