Would have been nice to have received them.

In further evidence that Macy’s systems are in serious need of help, I’ve been asked to provide feedback on an item they failed to deliver. The shoes were part of a larger order (of which nothing was shipped) that Macy’s cancelled without notification because they didn’t have the stock to actually fulfill the order. I ended up getting the shoes elsewhere and can say the shoes are great, just don’t try buying them from Macy’s.
