great snickers

The shoes look great, my issue is one of the shoe laces is breaking apart. I was about to wear the shoes for the first time and it looks like the shoe lace was cut accidentally. Right out the box, why???

Don't try to order in Black

I like the shoes - however i have ordered them three times and each time they send me the wrong color. After the second wrong pair arrived I called customer service, waited 35 minutes on hold and ordered through them - they said they would make sure I got the right color. Just got the shoes....wrong color again. CAUTION - don't try to order black, for some reason they send dark blue every time. Very frustrating!
