I know what the T7 means.(Toddler 7) Way too small.

Puma Lover

Like the higher waist and I think these leggings make your butt look better than most!

Very Stretchy!! Love them!

I have thick thighs and the leggings still fit me perfectly. Very comfortable, you can barely tell if you're wearing leggings. Love Puma by the way!
