Complaont on colour and size

Hi there, I would like to inform you that I have got my order. First of all I would like to mention, that the shoes' colour is not the same as it is in the pictures on your website. Second, this was the 2nd time that I had been ordering puma's 8.5 size, but this time it was 1.5 cm larger. I am upset and a littlle bit dissapointed. The quality of the shoes is good, but the colour is not what I had been expecting. If it is possible, please take this case into consideration.
