horrible

Most uncomfortable ever 2 huge blisters on both heels Gave them 3 wears and literally threw them in the trash Could not subject another human to their pain

Very narrow fit

These are so narrow and tight I couldn’t even get the shoe tree in them to stretch them out!

Good Fit

I tried them on not tight at all. So far so good got a half size up 9.5. Puma does have a narrow toe. Good fit imo. Got them on sell and gotta put them to the test next fall.

I would've loved to give this shoes 5 stars, but they didn't work for me. I went a half size up, normally I'm a 7.5 so I bought an 8, but they were TOO narrow. I wouldn't say I have really wide feet, but with these my feet were too wide. To compare these to slip on vans (which I think SO many people have so I think it's a good example), I'm a true 7.5. I find that vans are a bit narrow too, yet I can still fit in them comfortably. So it's just unfortunate these Chelsea boots didn't work for me. I'm returning them via UPS. The return process with Macy's is GREAT!

Stylish but uncomfortable.

Love the look,But not the fit.Tried two different sizes and neither worked.They rub on the heel even though they are the correct size and wearing a sock with them is impossible. Sadly I will be returning them.

Comfy pretty shoe

First off I don’t buy anything without reading reviews, these didn’t have many but I looked through many websites & ppl said they’re tight and me being a 7.5 ordered a size 8 and they fit perfect they look amazing too and if u wear thin socks then they aren’t gonna feel so tight. They definitely have to be broken in but not a big deal love them ! :)

They are so tight!

These boots are so tight, they hurts so much! I love the boots but they are so uncomfortable! I had to return them. I have small, narrow feet and I've never had a problem with shoes...
