Clumps/defective?

I sent one package back because when you open and pull out the mascara, there wasn’t anything to take the extra off of the brush. So it was full of a lot of mascara. I kept the second package that I was going to give away and, the primer had the same problem. I wish I had sent them both back. I love the foundation that they have, not happy with the mascara.
