Fragrance is good, but the diffuser leaves much to be desired

I have been using Pura for years now. I bought this tiny diffuser, thinking I could use it in my new home. Almost immediately the app started telling me that the scent was down to one percent. I did a hard reset on the device and nothing. I did it again still nothing. I emailed pure Support nothing. Don’t waste your money.
