Doesn't Heat Up

I bought this thinking it would be perfect for my husband after a long day on his feet. He used it once and it would not stay heated. Then it decreased to 82 degrees and wouldn't go any higher. We unplugged it and tried again weeks later. It would not heat up past 82 degrees. I do not recommend this product.

Not for Home Usage

I purchased this item for my mother thinking it would be perfect for her. However, this item is not designed for home use. It is designed to be used in a salon. It cannot be drained nor can it be lifted with water in it by one person. I would not recommend this item for personal home use. My mother never got the chance to use it because of the inconvenience in filling it and draining it. It would be perfect for professional use. I am returning this item.
