Incompetent Ability to Deliver

I know it’s annoying when people review products they haven’t received or tried, but I’m trying to save others the hassle. Purchased on 12/1 and it’s 12/19 and I still haven’t received it. I have called Macys 2 times and support promises a replacement on certain dates, which come and go. UPS creates a label both times it was attempted to ship the product, but never receives the package from the seller. Macy’s support suggested I call the seller or UPS and I told them I will not because that should not be my burden. This is unsatisfactory product fulfillment and support for remediation.

Bad Luck

It’s a bit frumpy but warm and cozy and love side pockets. Hard to find side pockets. The bad part is the stitching, bad quality control. Stitching is unraveled in a few spots and because not straight near the edge, there’s a 3 inch gap.

Perfect for Summer and Winter Use

Absolutely Perfect! I have been searching for this type of housecoat for the past 6 years! I had one like this that lasted me 20 years before it started to literally fall apart. I am so excited that I now have a housecoat the I can use in both winter & summer! I like that it is long yet doesn't drag the ground, light weight (not bulky) so that it can be used even in the summer and still keeps me warm in the winter!!!

Thin material

It's nice and soft but not thick at all. The material is very thin. Not what I was looking for so I will be returning it.

nice soft robe

I rated 4 stars because these were Christmas gifts for my daughters and one was missing a belt loop. I had to go through the hassle of a return and rebuy. It's a nice soft robe. I own a skims velour robe that was expensive and better quality so I compared the two and these are very close. The velour is basically the same but there is just more simple finishing detail with how it is constructed such as no piping on edges and a little flimsier collar and such. Overall at the sale price, they are a great deal.
