Beautiful color and soft

I love the color of this gray bathrobe. It's really pretty. Like someone else wrote, there is a bit of an issue with the left side of the shawl collar rolling up and not staying flat. I have not tried ironing it. I instead purchased a second one to see if the same problem existed and it did, though to a lesser degree. The only problem was the arms were too short on that one. In any case, this is a nice quality robe with a good weight to it and it's very soft. I got the medium and am 5'6" 135 and it's plenty roomy. I'm sure the small would be too short in the arms for me. I definitely recommend it!

Incompetent Ability to Deliver

I know it’s annoying when people review products they haven’t received or tried, but I’m trying to save others the hassle. Purchased on 12/1 and it’s 12/19 and I still haven’t received it. I have called Macys 2 times and support promises a replacement on certain dates, which come and go. UPS creates a label both times it was attempted to ship the product, but never receives the package from the seller. Macy’s support suggested I call the seller or UPS and I told them I will not because that should not be my burden. This is unsatisfactory product fulfillment and support for remediation.

Bad Luck

It’s a bit frumpy but warm and cozy and love side pockets. Hard to find side pockets. The bad part is the stitching, bad quality control. Stitching is unraveled in a few spots and because not straight near the edge, there’s a 3 inch gap.

Perfect for Summer and Winter Use

Absolutely Perfect! I have been searching for this type of housecoat for the past 6 years! I had one like this that lasted me 20 years before it started to literally fall apart. I am so excited that I now have a housecoat the I can use in both winter & summer! I like that it is long yet doesn't drag the ground, light weight (not bulky) so that it can be used even in the summer and still keeps me warm in the winter!!!
