Mediocre

these sheets are so thick, I had to run them through the dryer 3 times on first wash. they aren't particularly soft, but they are obviously quite durable. pretty disappointed, honestly.

Beware

I’m sure the AeroLux sheets were terrific but I received a set made by Linen Closet. Apparently the item was sold out so Macys decided to send a different item. On hold now. Very disappointing. I’d give zero stars if it were an option for the poor customer service.

Bait and switch

This is not what I received.You sent me a completely different sheet than I could have bought online for half of the price. Somebody needs to check the people that pull items to send to customers because they're not doing a very good job.

Best sheets for a Coastal Beach Town.

I purchased this sheet set again because my daughter raved about these sheets. She lives by the coast where there is a lot of humidity. She asked me where I purchased them. I told her Macys and that I would look up the info. Instead, I bought them for her for Christmas.

SCAM DO NOT PURCHASE

I ordered this sheet set on December 1st and have been charged for it as it said it's on it's way" which means they have processed my PAYMENT, the shipping info was received, but no package that has been sent! I am out one hundred bucks at the holidays! This is also happening with a pair of boots I ordered from Macy's in November that still haven't left the factory. I don't have problems like this with any other retailer EXCEPT MACY'S. I have been a loyal customer and should not have to foot the bill for your vendors manufacturing costs. This is OUTRAGEOUS.
