Perfect Quick Refresher
Initially, I didn’t expect too much of this little gadget. However, once I plugged it in and started steaming, my face and skin were very thankful. Very pleasant experience due to it not being over powerful and loud. Gentle on the skin and gives you a fresh feeling. Great way to start your day or even before bedtime. Highly recommend as it is a compact device that can you also travel with on trips.

Facial Steamer you MUST BUY!
I was so excited to see this item come through my email. A facial steamer!! Instead of spending hundreds of dollars I can now give myself a facial in the comfort on my own home. It's small enough to be able to store under my bathroom sink, easy directions, and works AMAZING! My skin felt so nice after only 1 use.

Easy to Use Facial Moisturizer
Easy to for both setup and use. Small and compact taking up very little counter space . Will work with any decor. Really didn’t like putting face close to unfocused steam. The amount of steam coming from steamer was adequate. Overall product was adequate.
Needs improvement
While the concept of this product is very appealing, the execution requires improvement. Like other customers mentioned, there is no direction as to how much water needs to be poured. The steam is very hot, so you need to be careful when bringing your face close to the steamer. Also, I am afraid it is made out of cheap plastic as it smells unpleasantly.
Small steamer
It is small in size, but perfect for my daughter to get steam during cold and the water gets really hot so have to be careful. It doesn't hold too much water and there is no indication of how much water to put.

Feels cheap
honestly, this steamer is just not for me. It feels very cheap, the plastic has zero texture to it and is very difficult to pick up. (I have smaller hands). The instruction manual does not tell you how much or what type of water can be used. (Tap, distilled, etc..). There are no markings on the machine itself for a water min/max level. It does create steam after a few minutes, not the advertised 90 seconds, However, that could be due to the amount of water I added. The instructions also did not mention how close to hold your face or for how long. Found the steam to be much to hot for me to be able to use this for very long.
