Bracket

We cannot put the bed together because we received the wrong bracket on the left siderail that goes into the headboard.. The bracket is preinstalled with the hooks facing upwards not downwards. We would like the correct bracket please. Without it we cannot put the bed together. Thank you We do love the bed for our granddaughter but would be super nice to be able to put it together.
