Jumpsuit

I am returning it. The reason being there was no confirmation that the order was received. I waited and waited and lo and behold on 21 Nov I received an email saying something to the effect that the order was shipped and later another email saying the order had been delivered. it was received on 21 Nov, giving me no time to determine if alterations were necessary. I needed the jumpsuit for 22 Nov. After no communication, I purchased another outfit on 20 Nov. Also, it was shipped from a company other than Macy's which I should have been informed of.

Definitely Recommend

Had some issues with shipping but finally received it. The jumpsuit is beautiful!! Very well made, nice material that doesn’t wrinkle, and very flattering fit!!

Horrible Service

I waited weeks for my item which I was planning to wear to holiday events. First the item was delayed, then the day it was delivered, it was either delivered to the wrong address or it blew away with the wind. I was home all day but no one bothered to ring my doorbell. Now this jumpsuit is no longer available. I wrote to customer service several times but received no answer. So I have no outfit, no refund, and no response. I will never order from Macy’s again!!!!!

I really wanted to like this jumpsuit. It was just too long all over. So I returned it. 5’3 ordered a size 8

Bad quality slow shipping

Bad quality not happy with my purchase! On top This delivery took them 2 weeks for expedite shipping!! Waste of money and time
