Lovely and oh so feminine!

This dress is lovely, feminine, and very lightweight so that the ruffled layers move with every step! The only reason I am giving ir 4 stars instead of 5 is the fact that there is no difference in size 12 and size 14 which I would have liked for a touch more room. Alas...
