Runs Extremely Small

It runs extremely small. I wear a 10 and bought a 12 and couldn't get it over my head. It has no slipper. It also had been worn before because it had a stain on the inside by the bodice that was marked with tape and a stain on the outside. Macy should no longer do business with this company.
