Vendor has terrible customer service

I ordered this dress in two sizes. When the dresses were delivered, I knew immediately that the style wasn't for me (too much excess fabric) and I returned them to the store the following day. I was the told the refund would be issued when the vendor receives the dresses. I realized a couple of weeks later that I was refunded for only one of the dresses even though the return receipt clearly stated both were returned. I took me THREE MONTHS of weekly calls to finally receive the refund. Each call ended with a promise that this time the issue will be resolved. Although sometimes I was even told that that I had missed the return window. It turned into a major frustration and a waste of my time -- will not be buying this brand again.

Great dress

Very nice fabric, color and well made however it runs small. I am size 8 and will exchange for a 10. I am 5.9" and hem line is at the knee.
