cute but not well made

I'm usually an 8, I bought 10 based on others' reviews on another site. it's a little big but wearable. The dress comes with a stain on the front. The strings for hangers are sewn onto the top part of the sleeves and are very bulky and unsightly. The bottom of the sleeves that fall down are horrible; the stitching on the inside is thick and shows whenever there's any arm movement. The sleeves are not hemmed, so that cheapens the dress. It would be better if the sleeves were hemmed and the stitches were done where they didn't show.
