Macy's doesn't issue refunds for returned item

I returned the dress on 12/15 and still have not gotten a refund..its 12/21. I will never buy third party from Macy's ever again.

Worked for my Christmas Party

The dress was not red. The quality was ok, not terrible but not great. It worked for my work Christmas party, but will probably donate.
