Dress is great; service is not

I am very happy with the item. The fabric is soft and feels so nice and I love the color. I am less happy with the service. The item was shipped to me with a security tag still attached to it, so I have to go to the store to have it removed. There was also no paper invoice, so I'm anxious about how I can prove I ordered it online.

ridiculous customer service whatsoever

how do you want a review if I never received the dress the store where I purchased the dress never put the apartment number. They didn't even bother calling me to see what address what apartment it was they just returned it to Texas without notifying me once I called to see if they can resend address they said that they were not able to because it was sold out that they had sold the dress already even though the dress wasn't even in stock because they had already been shipped to me worst experience buying from Macy's.

Stunning!

I purchased this gown for my daughter's Fall wedding. The dress is a deep peacock color with subtle sparkles and beautiful! I have been skeptical of an off the shoulder dress, however surprisingly the shoulders are just fine with the addition of the narrow shoulder straps! Having a larger chest I also steer away from dresses that zip up the back, but this one fits perfectly!!! For reference I am 5'2" weighing 130 pounds. The dress is a bit too long, and I will have that altered.

I ordered online. The fit was perfect based on the size chart. The color was not what I was expecting as it had a greener tint than I wanted. Still this is a beautiful dress.
