What a Waste of money

I brought this because the previous R & M Richard’s dress with a similar style was a great fit on me & quality was good. But the the metallic decoration on the jacket after one hand washing was continuously falling off & making a mess on the floor & thus is impossible to wear. I should have returned it & gotten my money back.
