Nice color block dress

I returned this beautiful dress because the 4P fit me right above the knee, and I like my dresses just below the knee to cover scars. I also did not like the back of the neck, it sticks up like a Dracula collar. Other than that, it is nice, well made and true to size, maybe on the small end. I am usually 2P.
