Not reliable

It is now 4 days after a notification my order was delivered. However I have Not received my order. The contact listed to follow-up has no way to speak to a human and computerized message was it will take at least 11 days to review. So glad I ordered a dress for my granddaughter’s wedding early. Now I can shop at a reliable retailer.
