Beautiful gown but lining is not smooth

Purchased to wear to a 1920's style event as well as a spring formal dinner dance. I am 5'4" and size 8 fits well, but needed several inches off the hemline. Rated a 4 instead of 5 because the lining is stretched and bunched up under straps and breast area. It was the same in the other size I ordered and returned.
