Lovely and flattering, but "grandmotherly"

This dress/jacket is actually quite lovely. The quality is excellent, and the fit is true to size. It is VERY flattering: The high waist and criss-crossed bodice, plus the long flowing skirt lightly flecked with sparkle --- are elegant and comfortable at the same time. The gauzy jacket was the perfect camouflage for all sins! I bought this for an "Aunt of the Groom" formal wedding, but I had to return it because my adult daughter said it was "too old-ladyish." I am 72! And the "blush" color is just too dated for a younger person to wear. It would be awesome is an updated and stylish color.

Picture does not do this justice

Beautiful dress very gloomy a very pale pink runs very large. I’ve returned the 12 and return for an eight and a 10 still waiting to see which one fits better but I’m guessing probably the eighth that’s how large this one runs gorgeous. Hope the eight or the 10 does work out for me.
