Worth the wait

So I've had this dress in my cart on a couple of sites for a while, waiting on it to go on clearance. Finally the price was right at JCP and I bought it. I am a size 12. Usually I buy 14s in dresses, but I needed a 16 in this one because it was too small in the chest. My chest is 42 inches. The colors a beautiful. It does look like the picture. It is too long for me..I am 5'4" so I will have it shortened. This dress will work for church as well as formal occasions.

The fabric on this dress was lightweight. I wore it to an outdoor wedding on a farm on a humid day. The fabric was light and comfortable. Prior to the wedding, I took the dress to a seamstress to have it hemmed.
