Frumpy

Maybe a capri jacket would make this less frumpy. Picked several dresses to try on at home and this was a no go from my hubby. Too matronly

Disappointed

I wanted to love this dress. However it looked very matronly on. The lining hung down past the scalloped lace in the front. The fabric was beautiful.

Beautiful and perfect

I purchased this for my grandsons wedding and it is very flattering. It's a winter wedding in the mid-west and this is heavy enough to be warmer, which was a concern. I do not have many "curves" and this fit so well that I do have a figure! My usual size 4 fit well. I especially loved the jacket coming to a modified point in the back.

What a lovely dress for any wedding motif

Our daughter's wedding in July, took place at a beautiful Cape Cod waterfront resort, at 6:00 in the evening. I chose this lovely mocha colored dress, because I thought the color alone would be so lovely with the color of the sand. I loved the style of the dress, and the jacket hid a lot of imperfections....if you know what I mean! I would definitely recommend this dress.

Mother of the bridal cocktail dress

This dress is absolutely beautiful. But: the sizing runs big. I ordered a size 4 (measurements per Macys sizing chart). The dress is more like a size 6. So unfortunately, I had to return it.

Clings to saddlebags!

The mocha color was pretty and the dress looked elegant but I will be returning. The dress fit a bit snug all over and clung to my saddlebags in an unflattering way. The length was also odd. I am 5 feet 10 and it hit mid calf which did not look flattering at all. The jacket did not accentuate my hips in an attractive manner. The back of the jacket is longer than the front which was flattering but I think this dress would look best on someone with a slim body who doesn't have a lot of curves! =) If you have saddle bags, look elsewhere!

Wonderful Dress

I bought this dress online. It is very pretty but was too formal for the wedding I was going to. I looked like I was part of the wedding party and not just a guest. So I bought another dress from Macy’s that was more appropriate. I kept the dress and hopefully will wear it on another occasion. The dress fit perfectly except it was a little longer than what it was on the model. All in all, a great buy.
