I never got it

For some reason this item was sent to the Chicago State Street store instead of being mailed to me with the rest of my order. I called customer service twice, but they couldn’t help.

Not a good experience for a gift

First, Macys should allow for a gift message in shipped items so the recipient knows who it is from. But then also, this arrived with the tin very loosely wrapped in plastic—like it had been opened and rewrapped. The food contents were in a sealed plastic bag inside the tin… but when opened it barely filled half the tin. Did someone remove a 2nd bag of nuts before it was sent? Or is the quantity intentionally so small? Either way, unimpressive. Finally there is a printed price on the tin— also awful for a gifting experience By all accounts the mixed nuts taste good, and that is why I gave 2 stars but I won’t buy this again
