I always order my fruit cakes from Macys. this year the cake is awful I cant eat it you can't slice it its crumbly I will never order another from Macys if you don't make it right

I received mine and it was all in little pieces. Ones I purchased last year as gifts were amazing. They sliced so beautifully. I will not be purchasing another one if they are all like this one I just received. I would like a refund for this awful one for this year. I usually purchase many for gifts

It ws crumbly, could not slice it. Ennded in hunks and chunks. really expected better from Macys
