Love this Hot Cocoa

I have enjoyed drinking this Hot Cocoa. I bought in December & it is almost gone. So sad to see they are out of stock. Hoping they get more. I only make this with milk and it is so delicious!!

Review for Macys alone

I ordered this on 12/14. The estimated delivery date was 12/19. The item was included in a shipping email I got on 12/16, it still showed Waiting to Ship. On 12/19, I got an email "Items from your order are delayed" that said "It will now arrive by Wed. Dec. 24." No problem, I know how crazy holiday time is for retailers. But imagine my frustration when I received an email at 4:10am on 12/24 that the item is out of stock and was removed from my order. I now had to scramble on Christmas Eve to find a replacement gift. Macy's should have updated this to out of stock earlier than they day they were claiming it would arrive. The worst part? In that same email, I was offered 25% off a purchase because they "know how frustrating this can be". A discount coupon is not remotely suitable here. Give them more money just so I can get a discount???? The obvious customer service move here is to offer something of actual, standalone monetary value, such as a voucher- even $5. Poor form Macys.

Nice holiday treat

More sweet than chocolatey. Good mint flavor. I've made with water as directed, but it's much more enjoyable made with milk. Also, I've added additional cocoa to make up for the lack of chocolate...it is OK without...depends on how much chocolate flavor you expect. Commercial pre-mixes are not my first choice; I usually make my own from high quality cocoa, milk, and sugar to taste. Also I bought the Frango mint cocoa before trying this. The Frango cocoa mix is better (and a little more expensive per ounce). I got both mixes at 50% off...would not recommend buying high priced gourmet cocoa mix. It is very easy and also cheaper to mix it up yourself. Buy Callebaut or Valhrona cocoa at Whole Foods sold in bulk (not all WF carry it).
