Terrible packing and shipping

I ordered 3 tons and ALL are dented and can NOT be given as gifts. This was a terrible packing by Macy's. Absolute disgraceful. I am mad that Macy's would do this. DO NOT order these. It is a waste of money and Macy's will not make it good. What a poor handling of customers! I have 2 additional pics of dents but the review will not accept due too large file. What A Joke!!!!
