Not impressed I feel ripped off
Did not like it at all does not smell like what they had me smell I bought this gift for my husband does not smell like what they had me smelling in the store. They gave me a thing for Macy’s bucks that I was gonna give him so he could use it and then they did not explain to me that it had to be used by the 24th when he didn’t even get to open his gift until Christmas Day so now he’s out that and I’m out the extra they will not return it because I cannot find my receipt. They told me so now my husband has a cologne that he does not like because the smell is not the same as what I smelled and now I’m being told that I can’t have nothing done about it and I’m out the $25 Macy bucks that was told that was gonna be good and did not get explained that it had to be used by Christmas Eve even though he didn’t get to open the gift until the 25th on Christmas Day

Finally, the order arrived at the CORRECT address!
Happy holidays! I ordered this for my husband’s birthday, which falls on New Year’s Eve. I finally received the order and can’t wait for him to wear it. Macys and other companies need to be aware that packages are not being delivered to the correct address. I am not sure if it’s due to the holiday rush, but my original order was delivered to a different address. This happened twice with items from a different order. One item could not be re-delivered because it went out of stock. Most of these were gifts for the holidays. I am horrified at the amount of loss companies face, in addition to customers not receiving their packages. Delivery companies should do a better job checking the address and people should have the decency to return the packages that are not their own.
