(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Tried Million Gold Elixir for the first time and it caught me off guard. It starts out fresh and citrusy but that fades pretty quickly and what’s left is mostly sweet vanilla with some creamy woodiness behind it. I’m not someone who usually wears fragrances like this so at first it felt a bit strong, but it settled nicely and actually smelled pretty smooth. It’s definitely on the sweeter side so probably better for evenings or colder weather.

Best Rabanne Million Yet
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) The best Rabanne Million yet! It opens up vibrant with some mandarin orange and transforms into a creamy and woody vanilla. It quickly became one of my favorite vanilla fragrances. I was also quite impressed that it lasted all day on my skin. With that being said, I honestly think that this fragrance is absolutely worth it. Rabanne did a great job on this bottle.

Weird scent

Smooth smelling elixir
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Another great addition to the Rabanne name. The notes of mandarin, sandalwood, and vanilla work perfectly together, and hard for anyone not to like. Opens up really nicely, and has a great longevity. If you liked the original gold, you'll love this one. It's similar, with more vanilla and longer longevity. Despite it being an elixir, it's still easy on the nose, which is great!

Strong performance, but very boring

I Recieved this bottle of 1 million gold elixir by influenster in exchange for my honest review: The opening of 1 million gold elixir smells quite yummy. Typical gourmet opening, but after that it leaves me wanting more. The fragrance does last an incredibly long time. Easily 8 hours or more. I can spray it on before bed and still smell the spot in the morning. This fragrance just doesn't do it for me. Girlfriend likes it, but I just don't love it enough to actually want to wear it. The 1 million royal was a tease and kept temping me to keep wearing it. Gold elixir just gives a small wave in my general direction as if it's saying "I'm over here! But like if you don't want me that's okay :( No it's fine, I'll be okay, you don't have to. No pressure" If the scent was more alluring after the initial opening I would bump up my rating

Vanilla Lovers to the Front

I’ve always been a fan of Rabanne’s fragrances, especially the Million line which never fails to impress, but this one has quickly become my absolute favorite. I’ve been wearing it daily for the past month and can’t count how many compliments I’ve gotten. People literally stop me to ask what I’m wearing. You definitely have to love vanilla to appreciate this fragrance, because it’s the first note that comes through. But it’s not your typical sugary vanilla. It’s sophisticated, warm, and balanced with a subtle woody depth that keeps it from being overwhelming. It’s inviting, elegant, and just irresistible. I’m so glad I got the chance to try it!

It’s a vanilla bomb
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) It’s exactly what you would expect from the 1 million lineup, another well loved vanilla bomb. This one is my favourite of the most recent additions, wasn’t a huge fan of Royal as it felt too dense. This one feels perfect for that 1million level sillage without being suffocating. Better than the regular one for sure since it doesn’t feel as synthetic. My only gripe with it is that it’s still a bit too strong to wear comfortably in an enclosed professional space like university or work.

Great perfume!
