Toxic smell

The furniture smells so toxic we cannot enter the room. We’ve scrubbec and left windows open, hepa filter, floor fan & ceiling fan run for 4 days now and it isnt getting better. Volital off setting chemicals are dangerous to health!! also the supporting matress board has no breathable holes so mattress can mold! Will have to go to Ikea for a new mattress support system. Knobs on matching dresser are not gold but tarnished. Extremely dissapointed. Not a wood bed but wood by products with laminate and toxic paint glue and frameldahyde!

It’s a beautiful dresser

It looks fabulous in my master BD! Clean lines, sturdy with room for everything! Drawers open and close w/ ease and the jewelry drawer is vey convenient! I love it! Of course I have the set: Bed, nightstand and dresser! I’m happy!

White Glove Delievevy DAMAGE ITEM

This Item was ordered for and scheduled to be delivered on Nov. 23rd, the time of the scheduled delivery fluctuated over an hour which I have to give the delivery contractor credit for their transparency. Now, for the extra Macys WHITE GLOVE payment which I paid extra for to ensure priority delivery and special considerations when this item was ordered. The contracted delivery Company did not fulfill there obligation. The Item delivered WAS DAMAGED when opened up the by the MACY'S contracted vendor at the purchaser's residence. Payment was made in good faith for this item but was not fulfilled by MACY'S .. as a PLATIUM MEMBER of many years I do not appreciate this unprofessional response to my order. WHY IS THIS ORGANIZATIONAL LACK OF RESPONSE TOLERATED .. I was expensed for a service of special response and delivery by MACY'S, but that service was not fulfilled, Now, I will have to re-schedule another date and time in the future for this fiasco ... WHY !!!

I love my Rachael Ray Chelsea Dresser!

I really love this dresser. It's a high quality, well made dresser. The drawers are roomier than I expected which is a plus for me. The top drawers are also designed to act as jewelry cases if you'd like. I paid extra for the white glove delivery service. This dresser is super solid and heavy, so I would definitely recommend getting that service. I would definitely recommend this dresser.

really love it

I love it and it looks beautiful even though my apt is old and the floors awful 😂. The only problem I have with it, is that something fell behind and there’s no way of removing the drawers to take it out. I went to the store and asked and they said, they cannot be removed. My pjs are stuck in the back and I can’t close the drawer all the way in. I am giving 3 stars because of thar.
