Would not recommend

I was excited to purchase this pan. But like others have stated in the reviews, the food sticks, the pan has discoloration after cooking and hand cleaning. Also, agree with one of the reviews that if you wipe with paper towels, the paper towel residue is all over the pan. This unfortunately is not as advertised and would not recommend.

Disappointed

Will not recommend this item. The surface is very rough. If you wipe with paper towel it will leave a paper towel residue.
