Works better than expected

Very sharp, shreds cheese with little effort. There's a plastic cup inside to catch the shredded cheese. Very nice. Larger than I expected.

Missing Piece!

It's a nice piece of kitchen equipment, but when I opened it I noticed that a prong that grips the food was missing. I'm sorry but when you order a name brand item and pay the price yet at that, all the pieces should be intact. Someone wasn't doing their job of inspecting.😒
