Pretty Feminine Pattern

There is something charming & feminine about this dress! The shape is flowy and flattering for plus size, however the BUST area is strangely loose and won't come close to closing, so it doesn't fit me at all on the top half. Perhaps I got the wrong size for this brand? I'd have to make alterations to wear it, so I'm not sure it is worth the money. Also, it is fully lined (in black) with the outer floral sheath in a crinkle-texture -- which is surprisingly still lightweight and not bulky. Would be great for church service, a spring wedding or event.
